3. Subject Matter of the Privacy Policy

4.1.11. Perform advertising activities with the User’s consent.

5. Ways and Terms of Personal Information Processing
5.1. Personal Data of the User are processed without any time limitations, in any legal way, inter alia, in personal data information systems with or without automation means.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration may transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations and telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on KASTOR LLC’s website.
5.3. Personal Data of the User may only be transferred to authorized public bodies of the Russian Federation on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.4. If Personal Data are lost or disclosed, the Website Administration shall inform the User of the loss or disclosure.

6. Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User shall:

6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information on Personal Data if it changes.
6.2. The Website Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in cl. 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Make sure the confidential information is kept secret, not to disclose the transferred Personal Data of the User without prior written permission of the User and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose the same in any other possible ways, except as specified in cl. 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Personal Data of the User under the procedure generally applied to protect this kind of information as per the current business practice.
6.2.4. Block Personal Data related to the relevant User on the date of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or a body authorized to protect rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, if unreliable personal data or misconduct is revealed.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Website Administration in default of its obligations shall be held liable for losses the User incurred from the unlawful use of Personal Data under the laws of the Russian Federation, except as stipulated by cl. 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. If the Confidential Information is lost or disclosed, the Website Administration shall not be held liable, if such Confidential Information:
7.2.1. Was made public before it was lost or disclosed.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party or the User earlier, before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. Resolution of Disputes
8.1. Filing a claim (a written offer of voluntary settlement) is obligatory before legal action is taken for disputes arising out of or in connection with the relationship between the User of KASTOR LLC’s website and the Website Administration.
8.2. A claimee shall notify the claimant in writing of the claim review results within 30 calendar days of receipt thereof.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial authority under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
9. Additional Terms and Conditions
